FW_(MEN)_2015/16_TREND(S): BALMAIN

Olivier Rousteing, the creative director chez Balmain was inspired by stylish young men who mix different looks from the past and street sub-cultures. He refers to them as the “new aristocrats”…

Leather, silk, velvet and cashmere are used for classical pieces like cardigans, and jackets. Elegant, but casual style with basically oversized silhouettes and large trousers. The palette includes: black, red accents and shades of blue.
