VIENNA CALLING - (My favorite) Café Central at (my favorite) Palais Ferstel_003The magnificent palace in the very heart of Vienna, situated in the elegant Herrengasse No. 14, known today as the Palais Ferstel originally housed the Austro-Hungarian National Bank and the Stock Exchange as well as bazaar and a café, which was popular with artists and men of letters…
